Axel is our highly intelligent and emotionally aware German Shepherd. Vigilent and protective, yet gentle and loving, our girl is an amazing family dog. She is always up for a good belly rub and gives the most gentle kisses to our one year old. She is emotionally empathetic and very quick to pick up on unspoken cues, including naturally alerting to heart rate drops and spikes. She is a quick study and always makes sure that her pack is safe. Her favorite job is riding along with Dan to work and ensuring that all the construction sites are running as they should and every stick is properly removed from the dirt piles.
